How to Order
Once you have made your selection from our range of men's underwear and swimwear there are four different ways you can place your order with us:-
Ordering on the Internet
- Ordering by telephone
- Ordering by post
- Ordering by fax

How do I shop on the Kiniki website?
We have tried to make shopping as easy and painless as possible. Firstly use the links to the appropriate categories at the top of each page to view all of our boxer shorts, briefs, swimwear, thongs, g string/raunchy products. This will show a selection, click on the product that you like and a larger image and full description of the product will be shown with our new 'One Click Purchase Grid':-
This Purchase grid shows you all of the colours and sizes that are available for the item. All you need to do is click on the button that says 'BUY' and a quantity of 1 relating to the button for the colour and size that you click will be added to your online shopping basket.
What the images mean

This icon means that the item in this colour and size is available in stock. Simply click to buy |

This icon means that the item in this colour and size is available however stock is low. Simply click to buy to avoid disappointment |

This icon means that the item in out of stock, but stock is on order. Simply click to preorder. |

This icon means that the item in this colour and size is discontinued and no longer available. |
Once you have selected all of the items you wish to purchase you may click on view basket to view the entire contents of your online shopping basket and then click go to checkout to complete your purchase.
At the checkout
If you have shopped with us before on this new website which went live on 1st November 2004 you can simply enter your email address and password that you used before and this will take you to our secure ordering pages. Otherwise enter your email address in the 'create new account' field and then click Create account.
Enter or amend your name and address details, your password and click save and continue.
From here following the remain steps as guided on the screen entering your delivery options and credit card details.
On the final screen you will be shown your complete order and details with the Place Order button. Click on this button to confirm your order with us, an email confirmation will be sent to you by our back office system to confirm that we have received your order.
Ordering by Telephone
Phone your order through on 01782 611599. You will find it easier if you fill in the order form found in our catalogue first then just read the details to us over the phone. You can pay by American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch or Solo Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Answerphone outside office hours. Remember to quote your name, address and postcode, credit card number, expiry date and issue number if using Switch or Solo. Your customer number is printed on the delivery envelope if you have received a catalogue, please quote this number where possible.
Ordering by post
If you have received a catalogue then complete the enclosed order form sections and post your completed order form to us using the Freepost envelope provided.
Alternatively you may print your order from the shopping basket on our website before completing the secure ordering pages and post this to us at:- Kiniki Order Department, Spencroft Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire, ST5 9QQ.
You can pay by Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Kiniki. You may also pay by credit card, please sign the order form where indicated and enter your card number and expiry date (plus issue number if using Switch or Solo). We will send you another order form with your order.
Ordering by fax
Credit card holders only please. Fax your order using our order form (if possible) to 01782 712505.
